Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science-based approach that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. At Bright Branch ABA, we use positive reinforcement and individualized teaching to help each child grow at their own pace in real-world settings like home or daycare.
If your child has difficulty with communication, emotional regulation, or daily routines, ABA may help. Our team provides a free consultation to discuss your child’s needs, review available assessments, and guide you through the next steps toward services.
We serve toddlers to teenagers, but our primary focus is on early intervention to build strong foundations for learning and independence.
No. While ABA is most often used to support children with autism, it can also help people with ADHD, behavior challenges, social skill delays, genetic disorders, and emotional regulation needs.
Behavior management focuses on reacting to problem behaviors, while ABA teaches replacement skills and new ways to communicate, play, and cope. Our goal is long-term growth, not short-term compliance.
Yes. Bright Branch ABA partners with daycares and schools to provide one-on-one support within natural routines. This helps children practice real skills where they matter most — around peers, teachers, and familiar caregivers.
Sessions include play-based teaching, reinforcement, and structured learning designed around your child’s goals. Each session is guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implemented by a trained Behavior Technician (RBT or BT).
It depends on your child’s needs. Most of our clients receive between 20 and 30 hours per week, as recommended by their BCBA after the initial assessment.
A BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) designs and supervises your child’s treatment plan. An RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) or Behavior Technician implements that plan through daily therapy under BCBA supervision.
Yes. Parent participation is essential for lasting progress. We offer individualized parent training to teach practical strategies for communication, emotional regulation, and positive behavior at home.
We accept major insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. Our team helps verify benefits and walk families through the authorization process. We are working to become credentialed with Medicaid, and are currently accepting Medicaid patients to our waitlist.
Yes. Most Texas Medicaid and commercial plans cover ABA therapy for children with an autism diagnosis. Coverage amounts vary by plan, but we’ll help you understand exactly what’s included.
Absolutely. We handle all insurance paperwork and coordinate directly with providers so you can focus on your child’s progress, not the paperwork.
Costs vary based on the number of therapy hours, but we offer transparent, itemized billing and help families explore funding options.
Yes. We know family schedules are busy, so we provide full-time, part-time, and school-hour therapy options to meet each family’s needs.
We serve families across Beaumont, Nederland, Lumberton, Orange and surrounding areas. Therapy takes place in the child’s home, daycare, or community setting, depending on what works best.
Yes. Most of our therapy is provided where the child spends their day — at home or daycare — to promote natural learning and consistency across environments.
After a brief phone consultation, we schedule an assessment with a BCBA, verify insurance, and create an individualized treatment plan. Once approved, therapy begins within your preferred schedule.
Every child is unique, but many families notice small improvements in communication and behavior within the first few weeks of consistent therapy.
We’re an autism parent-led ABA company rooted in care and community. Bright Branch ABA provides individualized, family-centered therapy that grows with each child — rooted in compassion, connection, and progress.
